Research assistant and builder.
B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from SUNY Poly, December 2025. I went straight into a research assistant role in the same nanotechnology lab where I'd been working as a student coordinator — thin-film deposition, surface characterization, AFM and SEM data collection, equipment maintenance, and helping onboard new lab members.
Before SUNY Poly, I was at Dutchess Community College for an A.S. in Electrical Technology. The mechatronics lab covered PLCs, pneumatics, and industrial automation — wiring control panels, troubleshooting ladder logic, working with industry-standard equipment. My time at DCC was recognized by a writer for The New York Times.
Outside the lab I work on personal projects or spend time outside.
