Load one Keithley export, or a series of sweeps where one thing changes between them (contact pressure, temperature, illumination). Name the variable, give each file its value, and the curves are overlaid in order, with rectification ratios compared across the series and exported to one Excel workbook.

The workbook opens with a Summary sheet (one row per sweep: variable value, rectification ratios and the currents behind them) and a Combined sheet with one shared Voltage column and a separate current column for each sweep (plus an |I| block for semilog plots), ready to overlay in Excel. Sweeps with different voltage steps are written as separate V / I column pairs instead. Each sweep then gets its own Data + Plots pair: a faithful copy of the raw export, plus Index / Current / Voltage columns, an |I| helper column, and the rectification-ratio table as live formulas. Note: free client-side Excel libraries can't embed native chart objects, so the charts above are for on-screen viewing; select the columns in Excel → Insert → Chart.
